This End-User License Agreement governs access to and use of Edzoo, a software platform provided by Softschools LLC for preschool and childcare center operations, lead management, communications, scheduling, reporting, and related administrative workflows.
1. License and Access
Subject to this agreement, Softschools LLC grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Edzoo solely for the internal business purposes of the school, center, or organization that authorized the user account.
2. Authorized Users
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity performed through their accounts. Users may not share credentials, attempt to bypass access controls, or use Edzoo on behalf of an unauthorized organization.
3. Acceptable Use
Users may not use Edzoo to send unlawful communications, upload malicious code, interfere with service operation, scrape or reverse engineer the service, access data without authorization, or violate applicable laws, privacy obligations, or third-party service terms.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Edzoo may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks, Supabase, SendGrid, Twilio, and other providers. Use of those services is subject to their separate terms. When a user connects QuickBooks, Edzoo uses the authorization granted by that user to access relevant company, account, vendor, purchase, bill, and expense data needed to provide finance reporting features.
5. Ownership
Softschools LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Edzoo, including software, interfaces, workflows, designs, and documentation. Customer data remains owned by the applicable customer or its authorized data owner.
6. Customer Data
Users are responsible for ensuring that data entered into Edzoo is accurate and that they have the authority to submit, process, and share that data. Edzoo uses customer data to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and support requested integrations.
7. Service Availability
Edzoo is provided on an operationally reasonable basis. Softschools LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to maintain, secure, or improve the service.
8. Disclaimer
Edzoo is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softschools LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Edzoo does not provide legal, accounting, tax, licensing, or regulatory advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softschools LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Edzoo or connected third-party services.
10. Termination
Softschools LLC may suspend or terminate access if a user violates this agreement, creates security risk, misuses the service, or no longer has authorization from the customer organization.
