Data Deletion Instructions

Edzoo is operated by Softschools LLC for preschools, childcare centers, and related organizations. These instructions explain how app users can request deletion of personal data stored in Edzoo, including data submitted through lead forms, communications, parent portal workflows, or connected advertising flows.

For Families, Leads, and Parents

  1. Contact the school, childcare center, or organization that collected your information or invited you to use Edzoo.
  2. Ask that organization to delete your Edzoo records. Include the name, email address, phone number, child or student name, and school location associated with the request.
  3. If your information was submitted through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, include the email address and phone number used on that form so the organization can identify the matching record.

For School and Organization Admins

  1. Sign in to Edzoo and open Dashboard then Settings.
  2. Use the Feedback form with the subject Data deletion request.
  3. Include the school or organization name, requester name, requester contact information, records to delete, and whether the request covers a lead, parent, student, household, staff member, or connected integration.
  4. Softschools LLC will review the request, verify authorization, and assist with deletion of applicable data from Edzoo systems.

Important Notes

Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, safety, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or compliance purposes. Deleting data from Edzoo does not automatically delete information held separately by a school, childcare center, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or another third-party service.
